we found the company to be honest and professional. Initially we discussed the project
with Colin who gave advice on alternative designs, after decisions had been made he
put us in touch with a consultant who drew up our plans and guided us through the
planning process.

After gaining permission we arranged a suitable start date and the build commenced
without delay. Colin was able to put us in contact with a kitchen designer who supplied 
a good quality kitchen at a competitive price and other tradesmen who combined to 
give us the result that we required.

I would recommend this company without reservation if you want a professional job at reasonable cost.Just one word of warning....stock up on teabags!

Over the two years I employed Colin Marsh on two separate occasions, to build two extensions to my home.

Last Spring C. Marsh Builders built a bay window for our dining room. The quality of which brought praise both from other visiting workmen and Breckland Council. 

Colin and his team worked efficiently with no delays, keeping us informed of the building process. With everything cleaned up and left neat and tidy we were duly impressed.

We are certainly pleased with our new bay window, which not only looks good, but gives us more room and provides a vantage point over-looking the back garden.

I am wary of builders generally, but your 'can do' attitude & reassurance was a refreshing breath of fresh air. Your initial quote was sensible & you talked us through what was going to happen. You gave us a time line that you assured us would happen, (the last builders we instructed went double over the time line initially given). We agreed for you to do the work & you turned up on day one, on time. 
Your empathy that we were living in a building site was kind & you ensured the kitchen area was tidied every night & kept the mess to a minimum. Your tradesmen were exactly that, first class genuinely nice & committed tradesmen. 

In the space of two weeks the load bearing wall was removed to open up a large area, two ceilings removed & refitted, new down lighters  extra sockets, new light switches fitted & ring main installed. Plumber removed radiators & tidied up the plumbing ready for the new kitchen. Two load bearing RSJ installed (no movement of the upstairs walls) floor levelled, re-plastered the walls & ceiling, new coving fitted. Carpenter boxed in the exposed pipes all ready for the kitchen fitter to arrive on the agreed date.

Our kitchen is finally done. It’s a room I designed, painted, and decorated myself, but it could not have been done without the expert project management of C. Marsh Builders Limited. They did all the hard work and we couldn’t have asked for a better result.
